Cavanna Barbaresco Nebbiolo 2015

Medium garnet hue with heavy tearing. Lots of tart, red cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate primary notes. Delicate white pepper notes. Secondary notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and cedar. Some tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, and earth. Medium(+) body and alcohol (actually 14% ABV). Strong tannins and acidity. Medium(+) finish. — 4 days ago
