Very pleasant. Low tannan. Mild for a Garnacha. Great value at around $10.00. Will buy again. — 5 days ago
I think Spanish reds are underrated as a perfect food friendly wine. This was delightfully juicy, fruity, and structured. Paired with roasted lemon chicken. — 16 days ago
100% Tintorera (Alicante Bouche). Extremely dark, near black purple from core to edge. Abundant nose of herby black raspberry, and plum bread. Full-bodied palate echoes the nose adding layers of black cherry, marzipan, and a hint of licorice on the lengthy finish. Medium minus acidity balanced by medium dusty tannins. A yummy introduction to the most widely vinted tinturier from its home in Spain. Soft enough for slightly spicy fare, but with enough structure for casseroles or medium cuts of beef. Don’t wear white though! Drink now. — 4 days ago
I had a hard time believing this was a Granoche. The flavors I come associate with that of an earthy and or beige us and somewhat forest floor kind of floral in nature. This was Jamie and hot and violets in the sun and everything like that. Very surprising but kind of makes sense coming from such a warm area. Good and expressive flavors, opened well, could’ve use a bit more structure but overall a very delicious wine. — 18 days ago
Dark black currents and licorice. Structured tannins. Subtle acidity. Allowed it to open up for an hour in decanter. Extremely silky and a subtly stark finish. Really enjoyed this wine!! — 20 days ago
Everything I want in Grenache; heady perfume, delicious fruit, that perfect spice/herbal balance, firm and persistently fine grained tannin with a rustic edge, soul, and distinct minerality. Crushed red plum, redolent of soaked cherry, dried herbs, chaparral, lavender pastille, chalk, crushed rock, white pepper, ceylon cinnamon, singed brush, black tea. Elegant, complex, full of personality and length. — 20 days ago

At first it was a bit harsh around the edges, very acid driven and with very young, lively tannins. After a while it settled down and is much more approachable and enjoyable.
Blackberry, licorice on the nose. The palate is made of very strong and dynamic acid drive, a nice big bold blackberry juice is complementing the acid drive with a bit of width but a rather thin matter on the sides. In mid palate come some tannins that create a drying effect before a very long fruity finish with that dryed layer on top. Not bad! — 6 days ago
