I am in love with the name Barrett - color hypnotizes me with dark insane luscious purplish red - the smell jumps at me with ninja like moves that look like artist performing Kung Fu - the taste reminds me Sade singing - just really makes me relax and feel - and the finish is all smiles

At Dao Fu in San Diego with my Family and my Massage therapist an ultra foodie with a good palate. Green apples on the nose. You can already sense this will be the diesel/oily/wet garden hose type in 5 years from now! Excellent I am very impressed. From Lyle Fass the email importer. Here he is spot on. Beautiful mineraltity, sour green apple. Very classic flawless Mosel. Needs to be revisited in 5 years from now. Awesome. — 10 years ago
Interesting and completely unexpecting. Nose gives away some serious lychee, sweet citrus, pineapple, rosewater and honeysuckle. Medium bodied and not a little acid. Tiny little bit of residuals carrying through a mouth full of pineapple and minerality. Perhaps even a tiny bit of spice to finish with. Delicious with a bit of thai. Easy drinking, no thinking booze. Hats off crft. — 11 years ago

Wasn’t holding out much hope for this for whatever reason. Instead, a surprise. Bright fruit flavors, an elegant nose and an amazing acidity. A fantastic partner with my bolognese as i sit in the other room....while the 7 sorority sisters destroy the bread, pasta and kung fu girl riesling in the dining room. 😂 I’m a good dad. — 9 years ago

Climb into the brown submarine! This is subterranean and deliciously dank. Big hot, black soil notes intertwine with raw cocoa nib and smoky blackberry. Cedar and briar, leather and biomass. This is a stubble and schist wall of tannins up front, with a king-fu grip! — 11 years ago
Masumi "karakuchi ki-ippon" junmai ginjo - really balanced, dry with nice fragrance. Very much "wine" like. — 11 years ago
