Rich and full bodied. I decanted it for 4 hours and it was a lot better than the last bottle. Amazing structure after 16 years. Would get more in the future. Nutty and spicy. — 2 months ago
Dark ripe fruits (cherry, plum), bit of oak, leather, hint of dark chocolate. Lovely and full of character. — 3 months ago
A lively Chardonnay. Bright acidity and lots of citrus flavor. — 22 days ago
Second wine of Chateau Phelan Segur wine, deep Ruby red color, with aromas of ripe dark fruits, spice and floral herbs. On the palate flavors of blackberry, plum with cacao, toasty oak and cinnamon spice. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, smoky spice, oak and earthy mineral character. — 2 months ago
The gentle nose shows bright citrus, yellow peach, dried pear, and hint of crush nuts. On the palate it’s concentrated yet vibrant, with round acidity, spice and orange blossom, balanced by lively mineral drive and a long, lingering finish that meshes power with poise.
It’s bold and expressive, with a dynamic tension and savoury complexity that feels both immediate and age-worthy. At this young age, I like it better than the Art Series. — 3 months ago
Lighter than many Zins without the bomb of alcohol in the nose. Blackberry,, raise a, tobacco and leather notes. — 6 days ago
Got ahold of three of these allocated babies that get sold out every year by spring.
Volcanic must, spicy berries on the nose.
Wohooo what a mouth punch. Prickly on the tongue. Bracing acidity balanced with an earthy, breezy cherry and berry medley. An herbaceous, mint-adjacent undercurrent as well.
Both stunning, subtle in its way, and stunning in fruit quality and minerality — a month ago
Pinot Noir 2022. Nose: vanilla, ripe cherry. Taste: leather, vanilla. Very good Pinot, enjoyed that it wasn’t full body red. — 3 months ago

Might be done with this app as it’s gone downhill quickly. Not even sure this will get posted.
Best value Riesling out there. Crisp and flavorful. Not quite on par with the German’s but getting there. — 20 days ago
