Enjoying on our 18-year anniversary and reminiscing about our amazing visit with the Ferrer family last year! — 2 years ago
Ripe dark fruit core punctuated by herbal spices, dark chocolate and iron minerals. Feel a bit angular on the palate, but it was delicious and well balanced. Firm tannins.
I don’t think we gave it enough time to open up. This will cruise for another 5, 6 years. — 4 years ago
Wild violet, roses and black fruit aromas. Medium to high acidity, that makes this wine very interesting 7 years after the vintage. Wonderful persistance, with a wild strawberry and cassis aftertaste. At a very good moment to drink. I truely believe that the best south american wines should be consumed between 5 and 7 years after the "cosecha". — 5 years ago

A Syrah from Mendoza...I had my doubts, but we were tasting some great wines at this winery, Malbec and Cab Franc. It is amazing what some of the wineries in Mendoza are doing with Cab Franc. Back to the Syrah, we didn’t taste it but they urged me to get it as they thought I be surprised. And I was! Given the heat and the stress in Mendoza I thought it be drinking more like a Shiraz. It didn’t. It was vibrant, full bodied, spicy and potent tannins that evolved in your mouth giving it great complexity. Dark unripe blackberry infused with pipe tobacco. — 4 years ago
The most outstanding table wine ever. Absolutely in love. — a year ago
This is a very tasty sparkling wine from California.
Yellow in color with a golden tint.
On the nose lemons, green and yellow apples, spices, light herbs, minerals, earth, yeast, light grapefruits and white pepper.
Medium plus in body and lightly creamy, with high acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with limes, lemons, grapefruits, green and red apples, yeast, spices, sea salt, minerals and light earth.
Medium on the finish with tangy lemons and sea salt.
This is a really nice surprise. Tangy and enjoyable by itself. Easy drinking and nicely balanced. Feels more like a Crémant from Burgundy.
Showing nice complexity on the nose and the palate, which surprised me. A great value for this price point.
I had it by all by itself on the beach. Can't beat that.

From last week (purchased at the winery in Mendoza in 2011). Really interesting flavor profile, with soft, integrated tannins. Definitely on the downslope, but still really good (and went great with the Snake River Farms Waygu Flat Iron steak I grilled for dinner!). — 4 years ago
