Paired well with both spicy and classic Italian red sauce dishes. Lower acidity than most Italian reds, with red fruit and forest floor notes. — 4 months ago
Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, dark berries. Leather. Some plum. On the palate, full bodied. Dark berry, plum, spice, anise, vanilla, some chocolate. Longer finish. Lush mouthfeel. Very surprising wine at a lower dollar purchase. Great value table wine. Pretty balanced on the palate with still a hint of tannins present. — a year ago
Good bold red. Definitely buy again — 5 years ago
A bit of melon. A bit of citrus. Such a good white.
Risky pairing it with Osso Buco... but it worked. — 6 years ago

excellent primitive wine! — 6 years ago
Very interesting day one. Very high acidity w funky nose after uncorking. Almost shocking acidity. Dark ripe stone fruit. After a bit of air, mellows and becomes more balanced. Really liked it regardless of when I tasted. But Not so interesting day two and three. Would definitely buy again. — 7 years ago

What a Greco
I left this bottle in my cellar for a few yearsa ns i had no hugh expectations
I find a wine that looks like a cerasuolo rose
The skins were only left in during the fermentation, but the wine kept a lot of colour for a "white". This explains better than anything why they say that Greco is a red variety disguised by a white.
The wine after 7 years in bottle is remarkable.
Fresh, fun and long. — 19 days ago
