Pop and pour. A radiant medium ruby red color with a purplish hue. On the nose: candied raspberry, dried herbs, earth, pepper, cherries, tea, slight vanilla. Taste: A smooth, creamy, rich, nicely structured wine with dark cherry, cola, ruby red grapefruit, some earth, and a spiced tart plum finish. YUM! — 4 years ago

Carneros Pinot. Sweet fruit nose. Medium high tannin/acid.
Nice finish — 4 years ago
Bold, oaky. The oak overpowered the fruit. Had it over two days and it did not change. (Used Vacuvin to store it). — 3 months ago
Drank yesterday and today. Yesterday was ok. Today was much better. Cherries. — 7 months ago
Pop and pour. A breathtaking medium ruby red color. On the nose: cloves, cinnamon, cherry, lemon rind, slight scorched earth. Taste: smooth, juicy, layered wine with tart cherry, earthy mushrooms, orange peel, spice, and a gravelly tea finish. YUM! West Slope my fav of the Donum lineup. — 3 years ago

I couldn’t put my finger on it but this bottle didn’t do anything for me. It has all the components (fruit and acid) it just didn’t work for me. Probably my mood. — a month ago
