From a combination of volcanic tuff and limestone soils. Aged 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
Pale gold in colour.
Citrus, lemon zest, nutty and herbal aroma.
Yellow plum, white peach and tarragon with grassy and herbal flavours.

Stewed and baked fruit, charred wood, vanilla on the finish. Bordering on overripe and the oaks a bit much for my taste, but the acid/tannin structure keeps this enjoyable. — 5 years ago
