Excellent wine.
Would have never guessed it was 25 years old.
After some time in decanter and in the glass - it began to show some tertiary and real balsamic notes
But this wine really paired well with risotto. It cut the richness without overpowering and provided some solid fruit and tannin
There is both some power and elegance in this wine that works quite well — 2 months ago
