Silky soft tannins. Dark chocolate with some earth tones. — 5 months ago
Smooth, medium body, a bit dry on its own, rounds out nicely when paired with Chateaubriand. — 9 months ago
Needs a few more years to really soften, but an amazing and unique Cabernet - notes of cassis / currants, cedar, baking spices and pepper — 13 days ago
Expressive, floral, punchy!
What a nose!! Starts with some nice reduction but when it blows off, this just is amazing. Switching from floral and exotic aromas of fleur d’orange, candied citrus, candied ginger and ripe cantaloupe to salty, naked stones. And back. Amazing purity & freshness. So enticing!!
On the palate this is a thin layer of exotic citrus fruit on stony minerality. Juicy acidity, salty freshness, mineral depth. Such precision here. And depth.
What a discovery! This is brilliant stuff!! — 4 months ago
Spicy and earthy. Great fruit and balance. Really coming together. — 8 months ago
Medium ruby in color, sparkling; raspberries and blueberries on the nose; tastes like cherry jolly ranchers and candied berries. A really nice dessert wine. I like it. — 2 months ago
Ruby coloration. Translucent. In the nose, cherry, cherry cola, red berry, on the palate, a close mirror to the nose. Medium-Long finish. — 4 months ago
La masía translates as "the farmhouse," which Marimar Estate was designed to resemble. Medium Ruby with aromas of red fruits, dried herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with toasty notes and herb cinnamon spice. Full-bodied, fine soft textured tannins, long finish ending with juicy fruit and spicy herb character. Nice! — 7 months ago

We both really enjoyed this albarino. Less stone fruit than normal and almost an oaky undertone. Went well with chicken salads.
Would buy again! — 8 days ago
