A nice wine!! A blend of mostly Tinta del País/Tempranillo (from old vineyards), with a splash of Garnacha and other grapes, including whites. Medium Ruby with aromas of ripe fresh fruits, herb and complex spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with vanilla oak and cacao. Good balance, fine elegant tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and earthy character. Very nice! — 11 days ago

Varietally fermented & aged. French oak (10-14 months), then assemblage.

Prominent roasted, smokey aromas, leather, blueberry, blackberry, menthol, coffee bean, clove, black pepper, dried violets, pencil shavings.

Ripe blackberry, blueberry, and plum; vanilla bean, cocoa nib, black pepper, crushed rock / graphite. Fresh acidity; tannins resolving nicely but still robust.

Drink now with food now or revisit in 2-3yrs. (Nb. variance has been a factor - some have peaked) — 4 months ago

Very classic Barolo of a small quantity, cherry fruity bit woodsy, cedar, new leather, mint and some tannin.
Nice and full body that lasts in the mounth.
With air it'll get even nicer.
