2015 vintage. Gros Moulin has a long winemaking history, Rémy Eymas being the 11th generation. Per Vitem ad Vitam is a Cabernet Franc (80%) and Malbec blend and this 2015 is gorgeous. Intense perfume with blackberries, violets, cedar wood and a hint of rosemary. This complex beauty combines power and elegance. The solid tannic backbone is balanced by fresh acidity and layered black fruit. Great length too. Hard to resist now, but should age effortlessly for at least 15 years. Terrific value at 25 euros. Not to be missed. — 7 months ago
This is phenomenal. Just baked pasty notes, yellow fruited, hay, tons of minerals. Toasty and floral. Yellow nectarine and mineral blast. Subtly unctuous, salty, acidic, lingering, nutty, buttery finish. Gives most champagne a run for its money… and I mean top champagne. Brilliant stuff. — 8 months ago
Big, deep and boisterous nose. So much dark fruit but also olive and game and massive amounts of granitic crunch. Superb aromas. Wide open. Palate is a classic 16. So refined, so elegant and lovely granite that is very sapid on the palate. Juicy and so clean. Wonderful and drinking so well now. Still no rush. It’s amazing how good this is for so little.
Wow this got insane overnight. Meaty and granite driven nose. Gorgeous red and blackberry fruit. More red than yesterday. Stunning nose. Palate is opulent, incisive and super complex with great juiciness and length. 9.3 to 9.4 overnight. Balanced, fresh and pure. — 6 months ago
Full bodied, fruit forward but with a nice balance of earthiness. Mainly Grenache. — 10 months ago

In the zone. Tarkovsky would approve. Stunning aromas of wet earth, dark black fruits, some red berry, some herbs and lovely granite. Superb clarity. Singing! Palate is ungodly fresh and lush with wonderful acids, grippy fruit and lush, sweet and velvety tannins. Wow. Amazing purity and depth. Wonderful. Just so well made . — 3 months ago
Nose of smoked meats, white pepper, dark berry fruit and super expressive herbals. Lovey lavender as well. Very floral. Just killer and such an insane value. Palate is fresh, gamey and with loads of blackberry fruit. Juicy and fresh with lovely lingering minerality. Amazingly pure and deep. Killer value. — 8 months ago
