I think my first ever pet nat a few years ago (poured by @Alex Spoto maybe?), and still among my all-time favorites. Wonderful juicy and sweet peach and strawberry fruit while also being incredibly savory and mineral. A touch off-dry? Enjoyed tonight with quick-smoked herb-rubbed salmon, Israeli cous-cous and a fresh salad. Perfect. — 3 months ago
