Apple, pear, peach, citrus, honeysuckle, minerals. Tart lemon on the palate. Medium body, crisp acidity. Best if you allow it to breathe for a bit. — 4 months ago
Nice minerality with firm tannins. — 4 months ago

Strawberry and plum. Still young. After it was decanted, good! Unexpectedly, fruity. But gradually changed into with complexity. Frederic Esmonin Les Hauts Pruliere 22 @, 240912 — 3 months ago
After decanting, showing its features. Black fruity and concentration. Robust structure. Good balanced. Frederic Esmonin Gevrey Chambertin 22 @, 240913 — 3 months ago

2014 vintage. Opened but not decanted. Probably a mistake as the wine was muted for the first 30 mins after opening. Light-medium bod. Raspberry and plum suggestions frontal/mid palate. Tannic references available upon request. Showed decently but have tasted better exactly same specimen previously. Seemed slightly muted but not flawed. Blaming it on me decanting previous bottles of selfsame but not this one. How to lose a wine in a second. My bad. Call me the same name as Steve Martin's dog in The Jerk. Grrr. — 23 days ago
