Red fruit, spice & a bit of minerality. Took some time to open up but was great after. Could wait a bit longer to enjoy this vintage. Good body, smooth finish & balanced acidity. Finished with spice & fruit! — a year ago
Dank. Prune, macerated strawberry, mulling spices, good acid with just enough tanin and body to balance. Really fun wine that still can pair with a lot. — 4 years ago
A pretty color of ruby with a wide red rim.
On the nose cherries, blueberries, violets, spices, river rocks, earth, concrete, light vegetables and black pepper.
Medium bodied and airy, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with cherries, sweet raspberries, tobacco, spices, coffee, earth, vegetables, light alcohol and peppercorn.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and red chili powder.
This is a young red blend from Southern Rhone. Showing fresh fruits with earth notes. Nice and interesting.
Needs an hour to open up and remove some of the acidity. Tannins show up after 60 minutes.
Already drinking nicely, but needs a few years to calm down. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Showing mild complexity, and a little hot at the back of the throat right now. Gentle and elegant. Spicy and tangy.
Good by itself and better with food. Paired nicely with Camembert and crackers.
A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Unfiltered and fined.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

At Juice Bar, and it was delicious, cold and smooth and bright. Yes that’s right, smooth AND bright. — 6 years ago
Very nice with cherry and earthy notes over potpourri and pepper. — 3 months ago
Always one of my references in terms of value for money in Madiran. A round cuvée with soft tannins. Drinkable from the second or third year. To have in his cellar!
Toujours une de mes références en terme de rapport qualité prix à Madiran. Une cuvée ronde aux tanins souples. Buvable dès la deuxième ou troisième année. A avoir dans sa cave ! — 3 years ago
Exotic fruits, pineapple, passion fruit. On the grassy side, hay, peach in syrup, apricot... superbly in place for this 2015 with a potential for evolution over the next 25 years, potential evolution towards notes of dried fruit and nuts. Sweet without saturated sugar. Digestible and light. A real wine in the refined sense of the term. Magnificent on a Roquefort cheese.

10 years in the bottle and it’s right on time — 6 years ago
2013 , le vin est très différent du nuit en terme de parfums , mais on retrouve la même sapidité, le même équilibre , plus porté sur l acidité , mais c est treeesss bon !

Delicious!
Beautiful mousse. Bruised red apple, apricot, yellow nectarines, pineapple flesh, apple cider, Bosc pear, bread dough-baguette crust-well done toast, graham cracker crust with butter, beautiful soft white spice, crumbled to chunky chalkiness, sea spray to saline, limestone, yellow lilies & spring flowers, zesty acidity, exceptionally well balanced, nice tension/structure with elegance that is smartly polished, lasts two-minutes and long finishes on minerality. — 10 months ago

Bordeaux typique, va en donner encore plus dans 5-8 ans, beau potentiel. Jusqu’à présent aime bien les 2010, je trouve qu’ils sont structurés, qu’ils ont du coffre avec un excellent potentiel long terme — 5 years ago
A very noble expression of Gamay, with a certain density, remarkable for this entry level. We can hardly do better in terms of value for money.

Wine estate : Louis Bovard
Designation : Lavaux
Name : Salix - Chenin Blanc
Country : Switzerland
Vivino : 4.5/5
Note : Louis Bovard makes bio-dynamic culture and has introduced in the Lavaux new grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc. The name of Salix comes from the Latin word meaning the willow, with which one braided the branches to make baskets of vintage. A golden yellow straw robe with a nose of citrus, pineapple and mineral. Once in the mouth, the explosion of flavor with a nice acidity and a taste of citrus and apple. The final is excellent, it remains in the mouth and perfectly accompanied a fish.
