NV What a good effort of the cooperative from d’Orschwiller. Very refreshing and festive bubbly from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois. Got Gold from Gilbert & Gaillard. Expressive mousse. The muselet says ‘Amour’ and that’s a good attitude to this Cremant. And life of course… have a good Sunday. Paired with scrambled eggs for breakfast. — a year ago

A blend of 85/15 Pinot Gris/Gewürztraminer, all from estate vineyard Les Puits Sec (The Dry well). The aromatic nose shows more Gewürztraminer with lovely notes of lychee, underripe guava, pear, and subtle ginger spice. More stone fruits and minerals on the taste. Fresh acidity rounded out by hint of sweetness on the lingering finish.
