Subtle floral, lemony cream, and shortbread biscuit notes on the nose. Palate presents airy lemon soufflé and biscuit notes. Slightly dry finish. — 25 days ago
Buttery, soft, and very earthy with hay. A hint of mushroom and terracotta. — a month ago
Wow. Amazing.
Nose: screaming minerality. Classic Chablis but to the max!
Palate : mineral. Acid. Perfect green apple fruit. Almost to the level of willi Schaefer.

Smooth. Not tannic. Even better after being opened several days. Blackberry. — 18 days ago
A little too young but couldn’t pass up a Vaillons when on the menu, especially with oysters. — a month ago
From an alpine valley in Italy close to France. Very light and elegant reminds me of a Chambolle-musigny. Raspberries, hint orange juice, good tannic structure. Strikes me as a drink now wine. I would keep this may be 3-4 years at most. Might be worth to cellar a little bit and see what happens. From Max Kogod. — 2 months ago

A rough day. So which wine will never disappoint? Dampt Cote de lechet.
Nose: lovely. A green apple skin mineral perfume. White flowers get this to 94.
Palate: sweet green apple. Salty. Mineral. Utterly delicious. This is not the acid driven hammer that 21’was but it’s in the range of being as good.
