Best Chamblis to date. Heavy lime and green apple, high minerality. This borders on “be careful” level. Way too “drinkable.” Would absolutely buy again. — 7 months ago
A Régnié which expresses itself on the side of black cherries, kirsch, or Plum Eau de vie. The nose is very expressive and counterbalances a very dry character in the mouth, almost salty. Aerial, accurate. To drink.
Note revised upwards, at D+1 because it held up admirably and even opened up to additional nuances. A sincere wine. Really well done.
— 2 years ago
68 % meunier, 28% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Noir, Bottled Jan 2018, Disgorged April 2022 — a month ago
2022 vintage. More color and richer flavors than expected. Medium body. Super harmonious with complementary acidity to finish up the proceedings. Quite the mouthful of Chablis. This was outstanding. Age it if you prefer but drinking very nicely now. 6.26.24. — 6 months ago
Fun and funky. A little yeasty but overall a solid natural beaujolais — 2 months ago

The pear flavor really punches thru. Very flavorful. — a year ago
Great bottle,
This all estate grown gem from Baron Fuente is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier, and 15% Pinot Noir from around Charly-sur-Marne. This drinks great right now because of the long ageing that the team at Baron Fuente have lavished on it, but will also keep great in good storage over the medium term. I love these Thevenet Cru Morgons but they need a lot of age on them. The 2022 today has beautiful fruit on the nose but underwhelms on the palate. I feel like they add fruit and intensity as they age. NB it’s helped a lot by a long decant - even this young. Ps did adding Charly to the label take something away? — a month ago
