Brut Champagne Blend 1988

From mag. Light gold. A wonderfully complex nose. Hazelnuts, flint, a floral sweetness on the nose. On the palate a beautiful expressive and developed spread of delicate toast, dried apricot, fresh sprite lemon, some stone. With time in the glass more salinity and leanness is coming through. Very fine, perfectly balanced and super good. Great bubbles for a 30 year old wine. What a great start. — 8 days ago

P2 Brut Champagne Blend 2000

This was so wonderful and smooth and lavish in my mouth. The taste was like nothing I can compare it to. I love Champagne. There are many in France but we recently had a private tour arranged by The Kensington Group where they secured a private tasting and we drank a 2000 P2 and a 2000 regular Dom. they were both delicious with the P2 being the best of course. I thought I would never taste another but we were able to a case in the states from a woman in another state. We are in heaven. This is the 1st of 12 😍 — 15 days ago

Stunning bottle got better with air . Red fruits , fig, minerals , orange zest , brioche . Lush and full on the palate with a fine bead of bubbles and lingering flavors of blood orange , cranberry and nougat . Tasted out of a magnum — 7 days ago

Charme d'Irene Brut Champagne 2003

What a pleasant surprise, had this to kick off a friends retirement, and 4th. of July weekend, what a pleasant surprise, one bottle turned into two! What a lovely expression of Champagne, it was almost as beautiful as the ladies we were celebrating with, class, refined, soft, & elegant! I usually discount Dom, but it I was like the lady in the corner with the black dress & grey mikimoto pearls just inviting you to take another glance / Taste! Plus the Mrs. is still speaking of it. — 10 days ago

Dom Pérignon Oenothèque Brut Champagne Blend 1996

Crazy complexity. Brioche, bread, resolved citrus. Minerality and a broad and complex midpalate. Secondary gorgeousness and a blast of freshness. Wonderful. — 16 days ago

I agree 100%. I great prefer the 96 Oeno to the original release. Not sure if it’s the extra time on the lees, or the lower dosage, but it’s a phenomenal Champagne.

I see it and i can feel it. It’s not as bright as tradition has expressed. We came to the conclusion that it’s a drink now, but has 10 years left to shine — a month ago
