Domaine François Raveneau

Valmur Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2004

Beautiful poise. Light and refined. Soft lemon. Rock pools, minerality, a hint of corn and yellow flowers. Intense but light and dancing on the palate. Great balance and long. Powerful but still subtle. — 25 days ago

Dancing Bear Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2010

From magnum. Tasted perfect with so much fruit and balanced with some wood, spice, and good tannin. Felt like it was perfect and didn’t really change a ton over a few hours of air. Great celebration wine. — 6 months ago

Dancing Hares Vineyard

Napa Valley Red Blend 2006

Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim. Not showing age at all.

Great nose with nice complexity.

Dry on the palate and full bodied with medium acidity.

Showing blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, cedar, tobacco leaf, light earth, herbs and chocolate notes.

Long and elegant finish.

This 18 year old Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich and elegant. Powerful and fruit forward. Delicious by itself as a sipping wine.

I've had a few vintages of this wine and the 2012 was my favorite so far.

Robert Parker 90 points. Wine Spectator 94 points.

A blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 17% Cabernet Franc.

14.8% alcohol by volume.

93 points.

$140.
