Top notch Jerez, toffee , nice acidity, some oxidation — 7 years ago
Blend of different types of Palomino (Palomino Fino, Palomino Jerez and Palomino Pelusón) from a single vineyard within the Pago de Carrascal, in Sanlúcar (not to be confused with the eponymous Carrascal in Jerez, further inland). Located to the south of Miraflores, this is one of the most Atlantic influenced Pagos in Sanlucar, and also one of the first to be replanted after phylloxera – with vines over 100+ years old. Elegant, mineral, saline — 3 years ago
Very nice wine and one of the more interesting wines I’ve tried in a long time. Same grape as sherry but other than a bit of time on the flor this is actually not a sherry, it’s a wine wine. The flor gives it a sensation of skin contact in an interesting way. Very salty with great acid. Really enjoyable. — 6 years ago

W52. Good punchy body without being too drying on the palate. Very enjoyable. — 4 years ago
👁 Dorado, limpio 👃🏻 potente, muy mineral, notas cítricas y de piña bastante maduras 👄 buena entrada, potente, buen peso y acidez, final largo donde expresa la crianza en bota. — 9 years ago
