Probably my favorite wine from Sicily! Plum, blueberry, cherry, anise, tobacco, earthy, and much more! Terrific with Chicken Marsala. — a month ago

Wow. 2022 Insolia drunk in 2024. Luscious, acidic, grassy, beautiful. Does have sulfites. — 3 days ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over two days. Best on Day 2. The 2021 “Etna Rosso” pours a bright ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is youthful with bright cherries and raspberries, carnations and rocky minerals. On the palate, medium+ tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is a very pretty wine that wins you over with its charm and it’s versatile on the dinner table as well. Great QPR. Drink now with a little patience and through 2031. — a month ago

A little bit more purple fruit and earth with more of a bass note as compared to the Frappato, both are gorgeous but I went back to this more — 8 days ago
