Not sure why other ratings are so low. Very nice, a bit mineral, but fruity. I had it with coho salmon. — 5 years ago
Fun night with the Licks! The others preferred the COHO Headwaters 2013 paired w/grilled lamb chops & blueberry pie. Also broke in our new fire pit with pizza and a bottle 7/9. Just ordered a case! — 6 years ago
Found a 2010 Vintage hidden in the rack second row of the cellar. Still a great drink with strawberries and rhubarb for a Caprese salad on sourdough and grilled fresh Coho salmon in Orange juice, mustard, garlic and Crystal hot sauce marinade. — 7 years ago
This is excellent! Love it. — 3 years ago
Nice biodynamic “baby Vosne” - slightly darker fruit profile and relatively generous tannins. The warm vintage contributes a ripeness to the fruit character, verging on slightly jammy, yet there is still wonderful acid and a lightness of body. The structure here will likely allow this to age gracefully for the next 5 years or so. Looking forward to revisiting. Paired on night one with spiced roasted coho salmon and night two with a green coconut vegetable curry. Did well both nights. — 4 years ago
Coho Red Blend not the merlot. But liked it. — 6 years ago
In denial about really liking this Chardonnay. Drank at Coho on our San Juan getaway. — 4 years ago
What a color on this. Like a deep Alaskan Coho Salmon. Gorgeous. This is sick. Just sick. What a nose. What first strikes you is the vividness of the fruit. The clarity. The depth. Gorgeous and so voluminous. There is also some brioche and gorgeous toastiness. Amazing. Hints of blood orange, ripe raspberry, gorgeous spice and a feeling of a German Christmas Market. Stunning. Palate is elegant above all and so pure. Fresh, fresh, fresh but also yeasty, long and texturally stunning. Sneaky persistence. More of that Xmas spice comes across on the palate and the sensation of a building, ever expansive finish. There is a spice cake element that echoes forever on the finish. A wispy, elegant, intensely restrained bottle of German bubbles. Terrific. — 5 years ago

2021 vintage. Last tasted 3.27.24 (9.2) and 1.5.24 (9.1). Improving and a great value at roughly 55% cab. Medium-heavy body with plenty of finesse to capably navigate those tannins at the end of the river run. 8.21.24. — 3 months ago
