Third bottle of the night and the second time I've had this wine. Honestly, it didn't stand-up like it did before. Maybe it's because it follow Opus Overture and a 2010 Coho Headwaters. Very good wine, but tonight it felt less refined, over Oaked, and spice / tannins that weren't as well integrated as I would have hoped. — 9 years ago

This is an interesting wine. Plum and caramel on the glass. Long legs. Lots of body. Almost smells like port, the alcohol is definitely noticeable.

Spicey, big tannins, I think it tries to be fruit forward but isn't. Again, it tastes like a red blend infused with about 10% tawny port. — 9 years ago

One of the best Sauvignon Blanc's for the money in my opinion. Paired very well with mussels and bruschetta. Lively, bright, but extremely well balanced and a smooth finish. This will definitely become one of my staple wines for $17. — 9 years ago

Second wine of the night and this 2010 Coho blew the Opus Overture that preceded it out of the water. Exceptionally well balanced, complex, layered and silky finish. It tasted like the Opus with just another whole level of refinement. — 9 years ago

Admittedly, I am partial to Washington State reds. This Cabernet is an outstanding value for under $17. It reminds me of Hedges Estates Red Mountain Red Blend.

Very long legs. Plum and caramel colors with a full body in the glass.

Rounded rich of sweetness to match deep wood berries and evolved tannins on the palate. Very much in line with WA state reds of the last few years, but comes together more balanced than most, especially after 45 min in a decanter.

Dark ruby and brown in the glass. Warm on the nose with easily identifiable hints of chocolate. On the palate: oak, chocolate, and mulling spices on the finish. Enjoying this one. — 9 years ago

First wine of the night and what a great way to start. This non vintage, proprietary red blend is balanced and smooth with tons of oak. Beautiful in the glass with long legs, it's got just the right about of spice and fruit. It's layered and complex, but not quite refined to truly take it to the next level. I really enjoyed this, but as much so say I did it as to do it again. — 9 years ago
