Just great juice.
After a good decant the Old Poodle Dog Cab (from Coho wines- a serious favorite) opens to a plush & sweet little beauty. A bright nose of cherries and some lavish oak roll onto the palate with an open and lively character. All-in, the Old Poodle Dog is a friendly, juicy Napa Cab that can be (thoroughly) enjoyed this very moment with a little bit of a decant and a juicy cheeseburger.
