Incredible aromas, so many layers. Palate is not quite as impressive but that just says a lot about how intoxicating the nose is. — 5 years ago
Starts beautifully with a petrol and honeysuckle nose, honeydew melon, lemonade, lime, kiwi fruit, and moderate acid. The finish fades a light too quickly to rate as a great Riesling. — 6 years ago

i love this unfiltered rosé blend. it didn’t taste much like a rosé since it had a little more body than most rosé’s - more medium bodied. the lack of filtration gave it some nice texture. it does bright raspberry noted balanced by some gripping tannins. i am into this! i’d love to have again. i had at frog bar and haven’t seen this bottle before — 2 years ago
In its third century of crafting wines from Napa, Beringer is guided by the partnership of Winemaster Emeritus Ed Sbragia and Winemaker Laurie Hook.
Founded by Jacob Beringer, Vineyard was established in 1876. Dark Ruby with rich aromas ripe dark fruits with sweet spice and cedar notes. On the palate blackberry and cherry with licorice and cacao, well integrated and balanced acidity. Soft tannins, great mouthfeel, long finish, aged well. Nice!! — 6 years ago

On the nose, breeding stands out on notes of sweet tobacco, cedar. The mouth is fresh, supple, simple but charming. The aging is fine, and the sour red fruit is fresh and crunchy. Beautiful gourmet and affordable cuvée that does not lack finesse. To be tasted in two years.
— 4 years ago

some bic lighter and graphite on the nose, tiny bit of burnt orange peel. super-slick viscosity medium-medium-light feel, cranberry-skin quick dissolve to black stalk vegetation and a kind of cherry-pit bitterness that is really pleasant. has that racy edge of a pre-release pinot, the barrel-tasted variety, or a super fresh gamay, and so good with food. great acid to tannin ratio. happiness for half this table! there is one participant at this table for whom the acid veers toward overly tart :P......no judgement. parked one more for comparison in a year or two. — 6 years ago
