Ciù Ciù ‘Arbinus’ Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico 2018: Great acidity. Solid structure. Soft & delicate flavors: Nectarine, peach & citrus. Nice pronounced minerality with a dry long finish. Perfect pairing for my Branzino al Sale! Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 3 years ago
Perhaps the best cuvée from this producer. 100% Montepulciano aged a year in both barriques and small barrels. Dark red/ruby, vanilla perfume. Harvested late for a bit more brix and softer tannins. Smooth and full-bodied. Oppidum means “fortified city” - at 15% ABV, they mean it! — 6 years ago
