Adriane Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir 2020

Ruby with elegant red fruit aromas and gentle floral spice, aged for 11 months in 30% new French oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry and strawberry with notes of herb pepper, licorice with wet stone notes. Soft full tannins on a long finish ending with fruit and savory earthy mineral notes. Very Nice! — 2 days ago

Elk cove really does a great job with their Pinot noirs! Your notes have inspired me to pick up a bottle for the first time in a while, good stuff!

Bergström Wines

Silice Pinot Noir 2021

This wine is stunning!

It has a medium ruby color with pronounced & complex notes of strawberry rhubarb, black cherry compote, blueberry 🫐, boysenberry, pomegranate, kirsch, violet, hibiscus, dried bergamot, black licorice, anise, clove, cardamom, & nutmeg. The palate offers mouth-watering acidity, a medium body, plush tannins, medium alcohol (13%), & a lingering finish.

It’s no wonder this was among Wine Spectator’s top 100 wines last year, featured at #32!  Cheers to that!! 🥂
