Popped and poured. The 2021 Chehalem pours a deep ruby color with a transparent core; no signs of particles or gas. Medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, bright, slightly under ripen strawberry, raspberries, a mix of organic earth and inorganic minerals, some dried green herbs and red flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Alcohol is medium. The notes from the nose are confirmed. A good if not terribly exciting Pinot Noir. Drink now through 2031.

Fruity, medium to medium minus body. Light ruby color. Fruity with some raspberry notes. Some good acidity. I like it
