2017 vintage. Another spectacular Suduiraut. The 140 g/l residual sugar is balanced by the fresh acidity. Michael Broadbent used to say that Suduiraut always looks older than its age, but this bright golden colour shows no signs of age. Beautifully complex nose with pineapple and vanilla, flowers, beeswax, cinnamon and lemon confit. Opulent, rich and fresh at the same time, impressively layered and intense, with an extraordinarily long finish. A fabulous meditation wine that is amazingly affordable too. Abv. 14%. — a month ago

Dark golden in color.
Strong nose of apples, over ripen citrus fruit, light nuts, tropical fruits, honey, mangoes, light pineapples, minerals and spices.
Full-bodied and elegant with medium plus acidity.
Sweet on the palate with citrus, over ripened apples, melons, spices, honeysuckle, mangoes and dried fruits.
Long finish with apricots and honey notes.
This 12 year old sweet wine from Sauternes is absolutely fantastic.
Creamy and rich. Fruit forward and complex. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Elegant and extracted
I've had a few vintages of this Second Growth Sauternes, and this 2014 is beautiful. Not as rich as the 2019 vintage, but just as gorgeous.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.
Wine Enthusiasts 95 points.
Good by itself as a dessert, and will pair nicely with blue cheese.
A blend of 90% Sémillon with Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle.
14% alcohol by volume.
94 points.

Drank with blueberry cheesecake at broken bow with the smiths. Really light but excellent. Not cloying at all. Lighter than other d’Arche, but really like with the cheesecake. — 4 months ago
I’m newly appreciative of Sauternes and found this to be a complex, drinkable wine. Good value — 9 days ago

This beautiful Sauternes offers a sweet nose of dried apricot with a full body on the palate. It has notes of tangerine, honey and spice with a velvety, long finish. — 3 months ago

2018 vintage. Cooked pineapple. Toasted coconut. Dry lemon curd. Just sweet enough. — 4 months ago
2016. Our clean out the fridge charcuterie dinner. Blue cheese, apples, figs, prunes, walnuts all paired well with this unctuous wine as expected. We love Sauternes with Foie, but we didn’t have any on hand 😏, but we did have the end of a chub of good braunschweiger which went really well too. — 4 months ago
