Certainly early on this but nonetheless tasty. Pineapple upside down cake, honey, nuts, marmalade, orange peel, orange blossoms and touch of brown sugar on the long finish.

Liquid gold and nectar of the gods in a glass. Super delicious.

Exceptional. Texture, complexity, balance, and finish.. If this had a touch more acid, and some age to it... dare I say..it would be close to it... Naw I'm not going to say... Perf...

Home made Buche de Noelle with a sauternes to finish off the Christmas lunch with the French part of my family. Two classics next to each other. Well balanced, orange peel, little bitter, salty finish. All smiles. Thank you @Peter Zandbergen or the bottle!
