This super drinkable rosé pét-nat is a mix of red and white grapes. It has this mouthwatering bright acidity (thanks to Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc) and red-berries fruit profile we should blame Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt for. Refreshing as a chilled watermelon on a hot summer day.

Seems hard to find this wine in many places; excited to have this hit the #CHA market! Ruby just headed South. Quite high staining for #sangiovese and a bit of sediment. Rich nose of roasted coffee bean, leather, dried roses, and tons of ripe, black cherries! Palate: dried black/blue fruits, potpourri, and ripe blackberry! Huge value! — 10 years ago

What I love about it: Spring is here! Last week was such a tease, no? Either way, I see exactly 0 rain and a few days in the 60’s in the 10-day forecast at the moment. This Txakolina (say it with me, Cha-Coh-Lee-Nuh, doesn’t it sound like it would be Buddy the Elf’s favorite word?) from Basque country screams for warm weather and patio chillin. Ever-so-slightly effervescent, salty raspberries, crisp green apple, minerality for days, so fresh and so alive! For ultra authentic drinking, drink it out of a poron (watch some youtube vids). Extra credit for being able to guzzle while pouring with a fully extended arm!

Cloudy and just slightly fizzy. В носе поначалу ржавчина, потом глазурь, кардамон, абрикос, цемент, пыль, родниковая вода. Вкус чуть проще: яблоки в духе хорошего испанского сидра, жёлтый грейпфрут, намёки на мяту. Легкий жар и алкоголь. Натуральное вино, но при этом очень строгое и с большим характером. — 10 years ago
