Light nose of blueberries, plums, cherries, licorice, oak, vanilla, green vegetables, bell pepper, earth, sage, spices, graphite, bitter herbs, alcohol and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, raspberries, vegetables, oak, cloves, bell pepper, earth, spices, peppercorn, leather and tobacco.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This Australian Cabernet is drinking nicely now. Simple, without too much complexity, but nicely balanced.
Entertaining by itself or with food.
I paired it with a cheese plate, nuts and crackers.
