Maybe the bottle had been opened for the just the perfect amount of time, but this was one of my favorite glasses of wine by the glass I’ve had in a restaurant—I had them bring the bottle back for a picture. Cassis, oak, pepper, licorice combined perfectly to create a flavor that I can only describe as exactly my preferred taste in wine. Excited to try more Haut Medoc blends in the future! — 3 months ago
The nose on this is stunning. Big and black fruit with a dollop of tar. The palate follows the nose with blackberries, plum, dusty rock, and dark soil. An enjoyable balance of fruit and earth. Steak wine! This is excellent.

2023 excellent Chardonay — 8 months ago
Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of black plums, graphite, and leather; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of cherries, blueberries, and clay pots with a medium finish. This wine is complex and intense. It's a little hot for my tastes and probably needs to breath. Overall, I rate this wine as good. — a month ago

This one is rich and powerful. Dark fruit, tobacco, leather, really tight. I like it!
