Nice Saint-Emilion biologique. Had in the St Germain en Laye and paired it with tagliatelle aux épinards and crottin bio. — a year ago
1961- I mean 1961 - the Somm delivered and @David L and I were blown away - cork was in excellent shape - tannins were strict but silky - - nose on par - pine peach licorice- the color was brand new - crazy - I mean all you ever want in every way - it could go another 20 years - I was taken back - extraordinary- a Bordeaux grand cru that is actually grand — 4 years ago
Wonderful on the nose. Needs to open up and then wow! — 2 years ago
For London Lees Edi Steph Cindy David Day late BD dinner. Turns out Gerwurtz favorite of Mabel and Edi. Wonderful tropical nose of leechee mango etc but with acidity and bite on palate and not as sweet as nose might suggest. — 2 years ago
