A little sweeter than I like but very good. @Delectable Wine this is the Appellation Alsace Controlee, not sure if it’s the same wine thanks! — 5 months ago

Stone, lime with a slight floral orange aroma. Citrusy crisp acidity and very food friendly. — 4 years ago

Peter van den Besselaar
Vintage 2001| Proof of a long life for riesling. The colour was really brown, mahony brown. Smell with a very little petrol, more honey. That honey is also present in the taste. Good balanced. Appreciating such a ripe wine is a matter of acquired taste. Paired with a mixed fish stew. — 2 months ago
