Medium lemon color with aromas of sweet stone fruit aromas with floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of peach, apricot, tropical and citrus with generous spice. Medium body finishes crisp with medium sweetness and soft fruit and sweet spice tones. Medium+ finish ending with dried fruits and perfumed spice. Will still be developing for a few more years.

Jun 26th, 2022This wine was honey in a glass with a touch of acidity to balance it out. Notes of peaches and honey on the palate. It was fantastic with buffalo wings, which makes sense because Gewurztraminer translates to ”spicy grape.”

Syrupy like a Sauternes (good thing I like Sauternes). Not very gewürztraminer-like.
