Total Wine. Nice fruity flavor, not too heavy. — 18 days ago
First off - I’m a Rockpile fanatic and thoroughly loved this wine!! Fresh blueberry, raspberry, slight hints of licorice and tobacco, along with some earth tones with modest pepper. Incredibly smooth with medium (maybe below medium) tannins. Went excellent with our bbq tenderloin tonight. Need to add this - the back label of this wine is one of the most descriptive I’ve seen in a long time and worth buying just to taste and see the back. — 21 days ago
Popped for our 30th and taken to Sons & Daughters in SF. Great young, dark purple color. Exotic nose. Notes of plum, black cherry, some eucalyptus, mocha, old leather, dark moist earth, some dark chocolate and some anise. It’s a kaleidescape of smells. Still rich and silky in the mouth. So much fruit, with structure to match. Such a great unicorn wine. — 20 days ago
So...I had a birthday a couple weeks back, due to scheduling my regular bottle finishing team wasn't available until now, so we're finally doing it up in my grand, unique style.
Notes possibly tomorrow, scores honestly tonight.
Nope...Kinda fell apart overnight, funky plum notes today.
Drink subsequent bottles in one sitting. — 23 days ago
