California Arneis is a wonderful thing. Butterscotch. Apricot. Round and full-bodied. The bright acidity balances out / disguises the 14.4% abv.

This may be the best charbono I’ve ever had. Hallmark sassafras, cola and rich chocolate. The tannins are big but perfectly integrated. This is one of the best Hess wines. — 3 years ago
