The 2020 Dissonance is gorgeous in the way it marries textural richness and energy. A dollop of Sémillon added to the Sauvignon Blanc works so well in adding mid-palate creaminess, orchard fruit, spice and jasmine. An Amarone I can get behind. Not as massive as many. Despite its 11 years, the nose shows beautiful fruit, rich but not too pruney. Secondary notes of mahogany and leather. In the mouth, it’s got loads of port-like flavor in a full but not blowsey way. Ends long and dry. Still got some tannin, but it’s soft and well integrated. Nice job. — 8 days ago
2018 opened December 2021. The 15% Merlot mellows out the edginess of the 70% Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and the 15% Garnacha (Grenache) grapes.￼ Even though all these grapes are also grown in France, this wine has a distinctive Spanish twist to it. It has the body of a Rioja, without the tightly wound tannins that are common to Spanish reds. Mint, lavender, and cherries on the nose. Cherries and cassis on the front. Medium tannic structure, with a refreshing coolness on the mid palate. It finishes with a bouquet of high notes — flint, smoke, and sour cherry. Long finish with a slightly discordant sourness at the end. If it didn’t zing me at the end I would’ve given it a 9.2.￼ — a month ago

The wine is lovely, a little carbonic sticks with the mass for now, an unusual crown cork that makes the bottle even more rustic.
You can't tell the grapes neither the vintage from the label
Being in the South of Calabria you would aspect a tough and big wine to digest, but nothing could be farther from the truth
On the other hand when drinking you realise why the bottle is a litre rather than the conventional 3/4 of it
Crunchy red fruit, spices, smooth tannin and that mineral note that distinguish it. Long too
Such a good find, i was recommended by the owner of the Enoteca Les Vignerons in Trastevere, Rome who is a great expert on natural wines and this bottle gives him extra points in that direction.
