Excellent, lush Malbec. Good value too. — 6 months ago
Notes of raspberry and dark chocolate on the nose. Very well balanced taste not too dry or sweet, some minerals notes. Excellent. — 8 months ago
Reona's birthday dinner wine. Needed decanting and a lot of airing to open up and take the edge off. — 3 years ago

NH Liquor store $17. Very enjoyable before & during paella dinner. Would drink again. — 3 months ago
Had an amber color to it. Smelled of vanilla or cinnamon and had earthy and oaky aromas. Tasted of red berries with hints of oak. — 4 months ago
Blend of Garnacha (55%), Syrah (39%) and Mazuelo (6%). Dark ruby color with garnet highlights. Aromas of wet soil, coffee, violets and ripe red fruit. Flavors of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry fruit, dark chocolate, minerals and baking spices. Bit of vanilla on the long and pleasant finish. Soft/tight tannins and vibrant (a bit overbearing) acidity that causes the mouth to salivate. Medium-plus body and structure. Needs aeration. — 5 months ago
Excellent with salmon. I like it better than most Malbecs. — 4 years ago

• Dark, savory fruit — black cherry, blackberry
• Smoky, oakey, roasted notes on the nose
• Full-bodied, ultra-concentrated
• Moderate tannins
• Texture is almost creamy — 2 months ago
Good, would buy again. Not too heavy not too light, good aftertaste. — 5 months ago
Notes of raspberry, flint, butter. Medium bodied, feel the sun and the acid, oak tannins, length, with blackberries and raspberries. I think this 2022 would have been in great in 2024. Love garnacha, but I feel I’d better drink it young, almost unoaked. — 7 months ago
At dinner the other night, we ordered this in place of the Kenzo Sauvignon Blanc and it did not disappoint. Lovely tropical fruit notes. It was a great substitute for our favorite wine. — 3 years ago
Sweet note. Drinkable. Fruity. — 4 years ago

Fresh, enticing, elegant.
Nose with earthy, musky raspberries, mulberries, a touch of damson plum, and a light flowery whiff
On the palate this is silky smooth. Zero rusticity, chewy tannins or sharp acidity - so often found in Montepulciano.
This has flow, energy, good depth, nice minerality underneath the fruit. And all this with 12% alc.
This is not at all what I expected! What a delight, what a nice surprise!
Very elegant, smooth, delicious.
A brilliant example the Montepulciano can deliver great wine!
Only but - you get 2 bottles of Ziereisen’s Syrah for one of this - and blind I would not be able to tell the difference.
