Followed his recommendation and had small glass when opened then recorked and waited 24 hours. Glad I listened! Tannins mellowed on day two, dark fruit juicier. Deep red. Smooth. Dark cherry, currants, blackberry, cinnamon, love this . . . had with cheese fondue followed by dark chocolate fondue - paired very well with both. Will definitely look for this at my local wine shops. — 5 months ago
