Wow. I have had this on the shelf for four years. Have been leery to pop the cork for fear it had turned skunky. Has best by date of 09-2016 on label. Bottled on 17 Feb 2017.
Nose has yeasty stone fruits, Bing cherry, plum, fruit juice saturated oak, yellow raisin and fresh lemon+lime peel.
Palate has medium sourness, black cherry, ripe plum, ripe nectarine, red wine vinegar, medium funk, minimal oak influence.
Very nice stuff here.

Oceanic agar suspends a muted, pickled peach and matches with fruit bat guano, pine chips, coffee, cardamom and white pepper aromas. Underripe bing cherries, toasty apricot, clove, scorched lemon, blood orange, underripe tangerine, grapefruit and kumquat: a particularly sour, yellow one.
