Crunchy red fruit and black pepper. A very present but controlled damp soil character, that evolves into a crushed stone minerality in the background that brings dimension and a intriguing character to the nose.
An airy palate, yet with a grasping bite, plenty of pepper and a high freshness that penetrates the fruit and holds through a solid finish.
It manage the art of being easy to drink, yet with a gripping and tense structure as well as a good complexity that ask for your attention.
Drink it on the cooler side and it will serve you well as summer red. Nothing less than a bargain from the master of Bobal.

If someone told me I was drinking a Morgon I wouldn’t think twice about it. Rich Dark cherry with undertones of wood spice after a top layer farmy funk blew off after opening then revealing some dusty herbs. — 3 months ago

Delicious Spanish red! — 3 years ago
Very crisp and light. Would probably do better with lighter fare than the meze I paired it with. Excellent for summer. — 4 months ago
Full of fruit and licorice. Strong cranberry flavor and nose, finishing with licorice. An unusual, intense, and interesting wine, it might be too different and strongly flavored for some people. I greatly enjoyed it. A great value for those wine enthusiasts who are looking for something unique. — 8 months ago
