Saturday chores brought me down, so turned to one of my favorite mood stabilizers. A beautiful wine, both full and lively at once, tropical fruit, ripe citrus, hazelnut, mouthcoating on the front end and lots of acid to lift your palate on the backend. Now I feel better.

This needs to open up a bit. Shows some honeyed lemon notes on the nose. This follows to the palate accented by a beautiful savory truffle-like topnote. Beautiful stuff that only gets better as you drink it.

Fresh sweet corn and raw bitter almonds on the nose. Sweet strawberries on entry alarm, but resolve to perfectly-balanced salinity and minerality. Delightful.
