Albilla grape. White Wine. — 8 years ago
This is not a red. It’s a skin contact white made from Albilla (aka Listan Blanco). Nice light and lucid with barnyard funk. Reminiscent of Collio wines. — 3 years ago
Blend of Viura, Albillo Mayor, Alarije (Malvasía Riojana), Jaen, Palomino and even Chasselas
doré from odd vines interplanted within Sabinares’ old vineyards’ predominant red varieties. Fermented in stainless steel, oak and concrete tanks, and aged with lees for nine months. Elegant and complex, with nuanced aromas of nuts, yellow fruit, quince and pollen and extraordinary acidity — 5 years ago
Lima wine bar house white — 10 months ago
Comments: Nice color, very fresh wine, well-made, full-bodied, inviting to drink, lends itself to sharing as an aperitif with family or friends, some music, I suggest with salmon or fresh fish, preferably without spicy, cheeses, round, balanced, velvety, better at 12° C Give a oportunity to peruvian wines, Cheers!
