Ripe blueberries, blackberries and cherries on the nose with a hint of earth.
This wine is so smooth. Flavours of plums, dark fruit, fig and a hint of smokiness. Smooth tannins and a long finish. Put anything on the grill and enjoy this. — 4 years ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits and blossom and spice, aged 14 months in (25% new) French oak. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with a touch of zesty lemon, crisp, with cinnamon and vanilla notes. Biodynamic Pinot Blanc with a splash of Auxerrois.
Fresh nose, herby, salty, mineral with the typical Alsace note of summer meadow & ripe orchard fruit.
Nice mouthfeel, a bit rounder & creamier yet beautifully balanced with zesty acidity, ripe pears, Mirabelle plums and orange zest. Finished off with a mineral, salty, stony note.
