Luigi is not happy, he would not drink it himself he said so unless last minute result...
He will try to change some winemaking techniques next, he said that by getting the wine white, he loses flavours and characters of the grapes. We might find a light rose and a darker one in the next releases.
In saying so, this white is still quite nice, part of the mass has a few months passage in used barriques. An almondy finish.

Bert’s June wine tasting - this has a nice flavor - unpacked and it’s a blend. The vineyard was Luigi Baidana and he sold his vineyard to this vineyard who makes borolo and makes wine the way he did rather than selling to rich folks who just wanted his property. — a month ago

Would have been better 5 years ago for sure. Very tawny in the glass and port like on the nose. Still some fruit and depth to it but a bit on the lighter side at this point. With a bit more time it does improve. — 8 years ago
