Solid and definitely needed the aerator but aging well. Will be excellent in a few years. Deep and earthy. Lots of dark fruit. — 5 years ago
Delicious with porterhouse — 2 months ago
No notes taken after a large final day at the Australian Grand Prix in Casa Ferrari. I thought the matching glasses to the painted bottle a very classy touch. Pale salmon in colour. A lovely refreshing drink with notes of wild strawberry and a creamy sweetness to the palate. The mousse is not fine but it remains a delicious Rose Champagne. — 4 months ago
Excellent drink. Needs to be decanted even at 25 years old. Drink now — 7 months ago
Had at Kavel's: Notes of dark cherry, cola, baking spice, a touch of vanilla oak, and soft tannins. — 14 days ago

Second time it’s been a lit sweet and almost to the point of over aged. Need to drink this sooner. Still excellent but losing the optimal taste on the finish. — 4 days ago
