From a terrific vintage for Corton-Charlemagne, and evident here from Vougeraie. Rich, complex and luckily showing no premox. Popcorn, exotic citrus fruits, hazelnut and hints of flint and stony minerals. Finishes with very good length and intensity...From Blue Hill at Stone Barns Cellar. — 5 years ago
Hands down my favorite domestic sparkler and at the quality level of many prestigious champagnes. Rich, complex and with racy energy showing bruised golden apples, baked brioche, salted hazelnuts and minerals. Finishes with terrific length and depth. Crisp Spanish white with honey nut squash dish at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, in Pocantico Hills, NY — 3 years ago
First discovered this wine at SingleThread Farms staff holiday party surrounded by Grand Cru white Burgundy. Concentrated and impressively layered showing ripe peaches, creamy vanilla bean, white flowers and hints of Gruner-like white pepper spice. Finishes with very good depth and focus. Absolute incredible value at sub $50 and a rare instance where my glass costs more than the wine....From the cellar of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. — 5 years ago

New and exciting. Another crowd pleaser. Need to check out this producer #beldenbarns — 4 years ago
Simply exquisite! One of Michael best builds. All round hill fruit :) this was gold in GovCup (2019?) This raises the bar for both terroir and maker! — 4 years ago
From the cellar of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. One of the steals of the wine world and very hard to come by, as this sub $70 bottle is made by the illustrious Château Rayas and Emmanuel Raynaud. By no means am I a Merlot drinker and by no means does this bottle seem anything but Syrah. Funky and animalistic showing boysenberry, sweet red currants, dried flowers and garrigue. Finishes with good length and impressive complexity. — 5 years ago

My last bottle of this, and maybe one of the last in the world. Rusty edge. Brownish. Smells of barns, soil and earthy stuff. With forest wild berries. Complex AF nose. Flavors are lovely with coffee and mocha hints fighting with the well expressed fruit. Aged amazingly. Balanced. Perfectly balanced. This is as good as any French Boudreaux I’ve had. Aged well. So sad this wine is no longer in existence. — 10 months ago
